He gave us a reliastic idea of what our property was worth and the range it could achieve pending on the factors that were at play. What l liked best about the experience we had was that what he said he would do at the start when pitching for the right to sell our place, he ended up following up on throughout the campaign. That included being available to take my call and giving me frequent updates without me having to chase him up. He took the time to understand our circumstances around why we needed to sell and we felt that Carlo went the extra mile in getting people to consider our property when perhaps it may have been outside their initial considerations. Its easy to go for the agent that promises the world and a greater selling price as thats what we are after, but after years selling and buying l have understood that those agents almost always dont deliver on what they promise.
