We met Carlo initially when hunting for a new home. When we walked into the home, we were warmly greeted by Carlo. He was very polite, calm, curious of our needs for a new home and extreamly respectful in his approach. He left such a positive impression on us that we thought if we are ever vendors selling our home that he would definately be the agent for us.
