My experience with Carlo was great ,he’s very easy to get on with , having a no nonsense approach to push all the BS that other agents try. He was very attentive to our needs and concerns! A very pleasant person to deal with,I have no hesitation to recommend him to other that are interested in selling their property.
When it came time to sell my unit I had no idea who to use as an agent. I set out to meet with and gather three quotes from 3 different real estate agents. After meeting Carlo I could see that I didn’t need to search any further - at the first meeting he had already gone above my expectations by coming prepared with a campaign plan. This guy was prepared to go the extra mile at every step and dealings with Carlo never felt rushed or pressured. He was always lovely to deal with and calm and courteous. He listened to my instructions and treated both me and the potential buyers with respect.
Many thanks to Carlo Puglia for the great campaign on the recent sale of our house. Carlo was an amazing agent, very professional, reliable and responsive. Thanks Carlo.
I have purchased and sold property in the area of Brimbank and always relied on Carlo to get the job done. Always has delivered with Professionalism, transparency and loyalty
We had an amazing experience working with Carlo! Him and his wife Lucrezia were really helpful and knowledgeable. They kept in touch with us every step of the way and managed our expectations. Thanks to them, our real estate journey was smooth and stress-free. We highly recommend Carlo and Lucrezia to anyone looking for a reliable and trustworthy agent.
Carlo's communication was faultless. Always available to answer questions. He also kept me informed as to what was happening. Very understanding and patient when dealing with my elderly parents. He knew what he was talking about. He did not force any decisions made and always made sure to double check that we were happy about things.
Carlo has been fantastic from start to finish during the process. Although it has been challenging to sell the property in a changing market, Carlo has been overall great in his recommendations and always offered the best solutions. He has always been available to answer all of our questions and been helpful throughout the process. I wish him luck and thank him for his excellent service.
Carlo values his customer base. When I was in the market to buy, Carlo always got in touch if a property came up he thought fit what I was looking for, or to check in on where I was at. This meant when it came time to sell my property, Carlo was the obvious choice as I knew he would nurture relationships with potential buyers for my property too. Carlos integrity and professionalism means I’d happily recommend him to others. I will continue doing business with Carlo!
I have to say, as someone who works with clients buying/selling property, a great agent can make a stressful process seamless. Carlo is definitely in that top bracket. From my first convo at the viewing to discussing offers all the way to Settlement, the warm and quick responses took me by surprise in very welcoming way. I have no doubts whether for my next purchase or sale, Carlo would be the first point of contact to engage with and deliver, moving forward!
Carlo was so helpful throughout the whole process and was able to support us purchasing our first home. Carlo was organised, willing to open for private inspections and communicated well throughout the purchase. Thanks so much Carlo!
From the very first moment of meeting Carlo he made the whole process very easy, from his vast knowledge of the market, his communication throughput the entire journey was amazing and his professionalism was of the highest standard. I would highly recommend engaging Carlo for the sale of your property.
As a true professional with a great friendly touch, Carlo provided wonderful service to sell our mother's family home of 60 plus years. The outcome delivered was well above our expectations. In dealing with not only ourselves as vendors, but also appeared quite evident with potential buyers, Carlo's market understanding, communication skills and attentiveness delivered a great customer experience.
