Carlo is very professional, highly knowledgable of the area and has very efficient communication skills. He has a very warm nature which makes him very easy to deal with. Carlo was able to deliver the outcome we were after so I would highly recommend Carlo to anyone looking for an agent to sell or buy property in the Greater Sunshine area.
Carlo was an excellent support to me and my partner. He supported us though buying our current house, trying to sell our first home before the interest rate rises hit, then he helped us rent out our first home and then helped us sell it again! He couldn’t have done anything more for us and we thank him heaps for all the help he gave. Would recommend whether you are buying or selling to get in contact with him.
Couldn't fault the care and service Carlo put in to the sale of our property. Selling is always an unnerving experience but Carlo's calm manner and attention allowed us the opportunity to sit back a little. His honesty and integrity is well appreciated!
