Carlo is a fantastic, very hard working real estate agent who strives to get the best possible result for his clients. He works tirelessly, and professionally to deliver an outstanding outcome. His guidance, advice and communication was exceptional throughout my campaign. I highly recommend Carlo!!
We have now had the pleasure of Carlo representing us for the sale of 2 properties. We wouldn’t use any other agent. His approachable and sincere attitude, professionalism and market knowledge were unparalleled. His real estate & property knowledge, negotiation skills and the strategies he calls upon from his vast knowledge of real estate and how to communicate with people are second to none. Not only is he one of the best agents in Melbourne but one of life’s true, honourable and gracious gentlemen. We are honoured that Carlo represented us and he has helped us in so many ways throughout the whole process. Carlo is always so approachable and can be contacted whenever needed. We have not only found one of the best agents in Melbourne, we consider him to be a true friend who has helped us immensely. We feel honoured and grateful to have met Carlo & have him in our lives. He really cares about the people the is representing and meeting. Thank you from the bottom of our hearts Carlo! We highly recommend Carlo to anyone thinking of buying or selling a home.
I am very impressed with the excellent services and ability from Carlo. From the date that I handovered the house to him to get sold in less than a week with the price within my expectation range and good settlement conditions. Fully meet my expectation. Excellent result. Well done!
I found Carlo to be professional in every aspect. He kept me fully informed from day one up until auction day. Carlo is very approachable and genuine in his manner and we found he left no stone unturned. I would highly recommend Carlo to anyone who is considering selling or buying a property.
Carlo was very knowledgeable about the property and suburb and real estate generally, and answered all my questions and queries, where necessary referring to the vendors for their specialist advice or approval. However, when it came to the auction, Carlo was very clearly working skillfully to obtain the highest price possible for the vendor, created fierce competition between me and the other bidders in order to extract further and higher bids While ultimately paying more for the property than I had originally wanted, I respect Carlo for his integrity and trustworthiness. I would be very happy to buy or sell through Carlo into the future.
Dealing with Carlo was a seamless procedure. We are virgin vendors and knew nothing about selling a property. Carlo, with his wealth of professional experience and know how, made the whole journey easy and was always at the end of the phone or email with any queries we may have had. His knowledge of the housing market is broad and varied. He also treated us with courtesy and respect. If you are looking for an Agent to get you from A to Z then Carlo is your go to man.
Carlo was professional from the beginning right through the selling process he worked tirelessly to get us the best results for our property
My husband and I couldn't recommend Carlo enough. His approachable and sincere attitude, professionalism and market knowledge were unparalleled. We had been searching for our first home for months and had dealt with many different estate agents during that time; at times with some mixed experiences. However, with Carlo the experience was completely different - he was so approachable and kind and made the acquisition of our first home a seamless experience.
Carlo is the best! He was very helpful, professional and great to work with. He even did two openings a week for our property and kept us updated after each opening. He is an excellent negotiator, and he got the best price for our property during this challenging market condition. Highly recommended!!
Our experience with Carlo Puglia selling our parents house has been fantastic. He has been very helpful from the start and has achieved a great result for us. We can certainly highly recommend Carlo to anyone who needs a real estate agent! Marlene & Silvio
Carlo supported us throughout the complex process of finding and buying a house (even beyond properties he personally represented) as well as selling our previous apartment at the same time, so we can confidently say that he is a true professional! We had a tight timeline and financial constraints; on top of that, it was a highly stressful time in between Covid lockdowns and with a new baby, and he was always available to answer all of our doubts and hold our hand throughout the various steps. He treated us always respectfully, never condescendingly; he was always realistic and upfront about what we could expect for the property we were selling, as well as about any shortcomings of the properties and the areas we looked at. Thanks to him, the process was seamless and we were able to conclude both transactions successfully. I would recommend Carlo to anyone thinking of selling/buying in Melbourne's West - you won't regret it.
I sold my property through the middle of COVID and lock downs. Carlo was professional, kept me regularly updated and informed and did not lose the desire and will to sell my property. I was extremely happy with the determination shown to get a positive outcome.
