However, when it came to the auction, Carlo was very clearly working skillfully to obtain the highest price possible for the vendor, created fierce competition between me and the other bidders in order to extract further and higher bids While ultimately paying more for the property than I had originally wanted, I respect Carlo for his integrity and trustworthiness.
