Selling our investment house was a real experience. The tenant was still in, torrential rain set in a couple of times, we've got a signed contract crashed ... the tenant moved out - a real roller coaster ride. Despite all these, looking back, we feel, that it was a job well done, I still feel happy about the price we've received and about paying the commission to my agent, Carmen. Yes, I still think about Carmen as "my agent". Carmen, from the family operated agency did everything for us; - managed the tenant - organised marketing with excellent local market knowledge - recommended and worked with a reputable legal firm to support us through the selling process - recommended and coordinated local trades people to lift the appearance of the house and do minor repair She was the "go to" person, she new everything, updated us without asking for it, she looked after us in a good old fashioned way. Carmen negotiated, organised inspections with prospective buyers any time the buyer wanted, driven up to our house at Sunday morning to speed up the selling process, even cleaned the house for us before settlement ...! She did it simply because she knew that we were busy, we didn't even asked for it ... So, if you're looking for an agent, don't look any further - Carmen is the one!
