I am impressed with the friendly and professional manner that Carmen presented at all times, whether we were touching base after she had finished work for the day or not. Carmen did a great job of communicating and managing expectations between potential buyers, the rental agent, the tenant, solicitors and my sister and I as the sellers, across state lines and when we went overseas part ways through the process. She gave me confidence to be able to travel, knowing that she was committed to the sale but in a way that remained respectful, patient and considered with everyone involved at all times.
