Caroline was lovely to work with when it came to drawing up our offer and the negotiation of price , however after the offer was accepted it was very hard to get hold of her . When we did , we would receive what seemed to be a very rushed email reply , usually only containing a couple of words . As first home buyers we had many questions running through our heads and we felt that if she had taken some more time to reply properly to our emails it would have put us at ease . We also felt somewhat deceived about certain things left out of the contract , wether this be a lack of transparency on Carolines behalf , or perhaps a lack of knowledge on our behalf as again, this was our first time purchasing a property . Natalie , Caroline’s assistant handled the rest of the settlement and we found her very easy to work with . We did have some disappointment when we discovered our for sale sign had been removed and we didn’t have the opportunity to place the sold sticker on or even have a photo with it . Minor , I know but something we had been excited to do. I expected to hear from Caroline on the day of settlement but we didn’t . I think some more personal touches were needed to make this a great experience . Overall I would describe our experience as neutral. Nothing to rave about , but the minimum requirements were met to get us on our way. Thanks !
