Caroline was able to get a quick sale by using a technic called underground sale .So basically we didnt need to go to to home open .which speed up things and eliminated the hassle of home opens.And Caroline and Darren her assistant where very helpful made the process easier.

Very happy with the result and the short time it took to achieve it. Touch up improvements could have more willing buyers. A little disappointed that I had appointed you as my agent and found that Darren was doing most if not all the showings. I was not so disappointed as I found Darren very energetic and conscientious. I only said this because I should have been informed. Your admin. lodged documents with the settlement agent when it was a conditional offer and the agent prepared documents unnecessarily. The error in commissions was also made several times requiring amended settlement documents to be prepared and some of my time to get them right.

Caroline worked very hard for us and is a strong negotiator. Lovely to deal with.
