He appeared to have a good knowledge of the current market and made great suggestions as to advertising and what price to list the property at.. His suggestion worked because Casey was able to secure a buyer for my property within 3 days of the property going on the market. Casey wasn't your typical real estate agent. Whilst professional he was also friendly and didn't come across as a 'pushy' salesperson. He was there to get the best deal for me and the buyer. I honestly wouldn't hesitate using Casey or Go Gecko again. You receive exactly the same service as the other real estate agencies (Ray White, Place, Professionals, Clark Reality etc) but at a capped cost. What seller wouldn't want more money in their pocket at the end of the day.
