I had very tight timeframes to get the property styled and presented before the photographer arrived and Catherine even helped me put a lounge suite together! My sale was impacted by covid restrictions but Catherine did not slow down! Her dedication was unstoppable and she continued to ‘chase’ the sale. Catherine and Upside charged me a fixed fee rather than commission. This did not stop Catherine trying to get the best price possible. She pursued a higher price for me, even though she would not get any more money for the extra work. This is a testament to her dedication and incredible work ethic. I ended up with $15,000 more because of her hard work! I did not expect this considering the difficult covid restrictions and reductions in market prices for apartments.
