I came in contact with Catherine when exploring options of downsizing and purchasing an independent living unit in a retirement village. I was so impressed with Catherine's friendliness, knowledge and professionalism that I not only committed to purchase a unit but also invited her to manage the sale of my house. This proved to be an (unplanned) masterstroke. A few days before the photographer was due to prepare for the first of the planned opened days, I had an accident and ended up in hospital for an extended period. Rather than delay proceedings, Catherine offered to complete the task and stick to the schedule. The house was sold on the weekend of the first viewing. Catherine continued to gently usher me through the follow procedures during my convalescence. Her dedication and professionalism extended beyond the usual bounds. What could have been a minor fiasco turned out to be a triumph thanks to Catherine's commoitment. The company's fixed fee and related issues, though welcome, were not the deciding factors for me.
