10/10 - would highly recommend working with Catherine Halloran. Selling your home is super stressful but she made the process seem calm and sane. Catherine's knowledge of the market, her marketing strategy and her capacity to negotiate with buyers were all fantastic. Her marketing strategy differed from other agents I spoke to but the proof was in the pudding. In a so-so market, the sale was quick, efficient and the sale price was a pip.
