Catherine's support to sell my home was applied by making the process, current, looking at the market and how the next phase with the interest rates may impact on the this and possible future sale. Catherines professionalism is extraordinary, but her kind humane nature she gave to me and my family made the whole process seamless. To have a professional who genuinely cares is truly rare and Catherine gave this with absolute ease. Thank you truly from me and my family.

My experience with Catherine could not have been better. Communication around the sale was up to date and communicated what I needed to know quickly and easily. Catherine was up front with costs and the ups and downs of the selling experience. But finally she managed to obtain a sale for a figure well above my expectations for the property which I am ecstatic about. I have no hesitation in recommending Catherine for any house sale for my friends and family.

We spoke with 3 agents before selecting Catherine. She was the only one who respected our wishes. Catherine was extremely personable and knowledgeable, happy to explain and re-explain any queries we had. The suggestions she made so that the property was presented in the best light for sale came within budget and we are sure contributed to the excellent result achieved. She kept us up to date along the whole journey, we never had to reach out and ask for a update. We would highly recommend Catherine and we would definitely engage her services if required in future

She was very professional in both cases and a pleasure to work with Her communication was exceptional informing me of the position at every turn. We purchased our house from Catherine in 2015, she worked so hard to get the deal over the line and as a purchaser, at the time, we were so grateful for her patience and transparency. We decided to engage her for our sale recently of an investment property. She was quick, met deadlines and we felt prioritised. Her communication was excellent and we were kept in the loop throughout the entire process. Met the target sale price. Couldn't recommend her high enough.

We were very pleased with Catherine's assistance throughout this process. There were a number of issues regarding a delayed vacation of the property. Catherine worked hard to help us through this. We were very frustrated with the credit lender Moneyme throughout the process and suggest Upside consider recommending a new lender.

As a seller we found Catherine to be amazing to work with. She was helpful right from the first appointment to the sale of our home. Catherine worked tirelessly throughout the whole process. She offered helpful advice when we needed it and gave us time to make informed decisions. I would always sell my properties with her if the need arose again. An amazing woman who is totally in the right profession for her knoweldge, skills and passion. Thank you so much Catherine!
