This is our 7th Property translation and without a doubt the most disappointing. We felt that we were pushed into a sale after a week on the market telling us that “the market” was going to worsen and we were lucky to get this offer. Cathy represented the purchaser and did her absolute best for the purchaser who was another vendor of hers in the area. We as the vendor were given an appraisal and were verbally told we would get at least $300k more than what we were offered and the settlement period that we were talked into with guarantees of shorter periods have been rubbish. The after sales service has been nothing short of woeful and I am so sorry that I am writing this review. As someone I had admired in business for a long time the whole experience has been a hugely disappointing one. We have previously sold with another other Belle office and we’re thrilled with the result. Sadly this is one Property experience we wont be sharing positively.

We had a first-class relationship with Cathy and her team. They were always available and helped us through the process with expertise and humor. We would highly recommend them.

In this case we were buying and found Cathy to be firm and persistent in our purchase for a place she knew we would love. She acted for the seller with great integrity and secured a fair price for them. Excellent work.
