Overall a very good experience!

. But we were very please with the whole process. We dealt with Simon during the inspections and he was very helpful and transparent. We dealt with Cathy in the end of the process and she was also very good in conducting the negotiation. We appeared to be dealing with a difficult seller, who was reluctant to provide information we were asking for hence the problem in communication. Possibly not their fault, but it is them we had to deal with by being the interface with us,
