I would recomend Cathy to anyone wanting to sell there house. Cathy comes out looks give some suggestions to improve your chances of selling and for me that worked heaps. First open house cathy had it sold. So by sinking some money in for improvements got my house sold way above what we expected. I cannot thank Cathy enough.

We have bought and sold through Cathy so we view her ability from both sides. Cathy can easily be underestimated because she is quiet and low key but her interpersonal skills make her a force to be reckoned with. Being able to read her buyers well, Cathy can persuade them to make the maximum offer they are able to. She is able to determine when to persist and when to allow space. Her listening skills enable her to focus intently and repeatedly on the aspects of the property which are drawing the buyers attention. Cathy's committment to her sellers was demonstrated when she went considerably out of her way to be available for buyers to view our property at times that were very inconvenient to her on a personal level. Our property sold in record time for our area and we are happy with the result. I do not hesitate in recommending Cathy Cattell as a powerhouse agent to sell your property.

Great agent - had buyers identified before the property went live so response once it went for sale was quick. Got a great price for house. Only gripe was the buyers were difficult and I felt she could have advocated for me as the seller more (and not them) in the exchange/settlement periods.

Wow where do we start. We viewed the house on a Saturday and Cathy was helpful and ok. Cathy went overseas and left Tracey to act as the agent whilst she was away. We had a building and pest inspection on the Monday. We made an offer on the Tuesday. Which was excepted, told to come into the office with 2.5% deposit to take the house off the market. My fiancé contacted the office to say he was running a little late, was told don't bother as they now required the full 10% deposit. We asked Tracey for a contract for our bank for finance. No contact forwarded I had to contact the vendors solicitor and request a copy as did my Convancer It took over 2 days to receive this document , then we where told someone had made a higher offer and it was a race, the first in with the money got the house. We asked for another inspection and Tracey was late and spent all her time looking at her phone, quite rude when we asked further questions relating to the house. After speaking with our Convancer it appeared that PRD did not want us to be the winners of this race ( that was our opinion) My fiancé and I jumped over barrels and hoops to secure the money for this property as PRD had put us in this race , at no time was it mentioned to us to match the other offer. Finally we where lucky and got the house exchanged At the final inspection PRD had forgotten to remove the furniture that they had rented also they didn't have keys to the shed (the lady Trish I believe was her name was very helpful and to be truthful I feel sorry for her as she has only worked for this company for 3 weeks, well that's what she said) Upon settlement we heard from our Convancer that the property had settled We dropped some items at the house and meet one of the vendors I asked him why he didn't want as to buy the house and said PRD where pushing for the other person that made an offer So as I said to PRD thanks for making a happy day crappy Will never deal with them again!!!!

Happy with the overall service . Could have negotiated sale price with buyers to achieve a higher price before presenting us with offer .
