We listed our property with Cathy over the phone as Cairns Property Office were managing the property anyway. Cathy was upfront with what the going market price we could expect. It was well below what we had paid, but was spot on in the current economic reality. Cathy used her own initiative to market the property early on with a few inspections but nothing fruitful. We let it rest for about 10 months and then Cathy had another crack at it as she felt the market was starting to turn. She had a few interested parties in the end and we achieved the price we had asked for. Cathy always kept us informed via email and phone calls updating us with her activities and plans. So a very good experience overall.
