Hi Marie,
Thank you for your feedback. I’m sorry to hear that you feel disappointed with your experience.
Throughout the purchasing process, my role was to assist with negotiations and facilitate the transaction based on the information available at the time.
I understand how frustrating it can be to discover issues after settlement, particularly when purchasing remotely. However, I did not withhold any information that was disclosed to me, nor was I made aware of the concerns raised post-purchase at the time of sale.
I would also like to sincerely assure you that I have never intended to mislead you in any way. Everything I did was with the intention of supporting you and your family and achieving the best possible outcome. This included arranging a settlement gift to be delivered as a gesture of my best wishes and appreciation, which reflected the care and commitment I had throughout the process.
As a side note, based on recent market activity, the property has achieved approximately 8.5%+ growth since purchase, within just a few months.
I genuinely tried my best to assist you and your family, just as I would for my own friends and family. I always aim to act in my clients’ best interests and to provide clear guidance within the scope of my role. I also responded to every email and enquiry promptly, including over the Christmas and New Year period.
For this reason, I am also very upset and disappointed by the review, but I remain open to having a constructive conversation should you wish to discuss this further.
Warm regards,
Cathy
