Shahbaj went above and beyond to make sure we received the best price for our 1st & only home which we have lived in for 48years. He kept us up to date every step of the way. We have no hesitation in recommending Shahbaj to anyone who is wanting to sell their home with compassion & efficiency.

Shahbaj put in 110% effort at all times, I highly recommend Shahbaj and will be using him again on another project

Shahbaj is a fantastic realestate agent, he is a honest and very professional, always kept us informed and have a wide excellent knowledge of the market in our area. We sold our house within a few days at good price in a very difficult market and we both highly recommend Shahbaj to anybody who wants to sell or buy properties.

Thanks for your assist. Shahbaj is really nice person especially his communication and he deals everything very well. Thanks

Shahbaj has been extremely professional, dedicated and hard working with his endeavours to date to sell all the blocks of land we have entrusted him with.

He is a very nice and responsible person

Professional advise from first contact made the entire process easy. Excellent communication always in touch with progress from sign being erected, home open to sale of property. Fast no fuss sale

From the word go I knew we had chosen the right agent with Shahbaj. He did a lot of legwork and setting up of things quietly in the background and kept us informed every step of the way which was most important to us. Professional and courteous. When he said he would call or turn up he did. Very happy with his work for us

Kept up to date along the way, negotiated well to bring in the sale when an agent from another firm couldn’t sell the property for almost a year. Good work, will work with you again.

Experience is always the key

This is our 2nd sale with Shahbaj and like the first the whole process was seamless. Shahbaj communicated well and negotiated the price with the buyer close to what we were after. I will highly recommend Shahbaj. He knows the suburbs and understand what buyers are after and able to match them up to the right properties for sale.

We had a lovely experience buying through Shahbaj. He was always easy to get in touch with and answered our questions in a timidly fashion. If he didn’t know the answer to something he endeavoured to find it which was great and overall he was pleasant to do business with
