Shahbaj was professional and always polite. Whatever question I asked was answered by him and he always prompt to reply my texts and emails. In this low market, he still tried his best to achieve the maximum outcome. I will definitely recommend his service to people I know.

excellent service for selling my house. made all process look so easy for me. thanks for the professional service.

Shahbaj has great knowledge of the Thornlie market. He went above and beyond to get us a great price for our property.

Shabaj's professionalism and timely responses to any questions was very helpful and appreciated.

Shahbaj helped us sell our property after one open inspection. We had several offers to choose from too. His knowledge of current value was spot on. He gave us a clear plan forward, from organising a photographer, to getting our property advertised online, and kept us informed every step of the way. Shahbaj obviously loves what he does and has a real passion for real estate. He was always very pleasant, professional, and well-mannered. I would definitely recommend him.

We were most impressed with the marketing strategy that Shahbaj developed. The outcome exceeded our expectations because he understood the local market so well. We appreciated being kept informed of the progress with the sale of our property. Highly professional approach. Many thanks Shahbaj.

Shahbaj has very extensive knowledge of the Lynwood area and was able to answer all our questions. He is very accessible and easy to talk with. He also provided us with good information and guidance about the purchasing process

After meeting Shahbaj at several home opens he realised what we were looking for and went out of his way to find our new home. He is very knowledgeable and passionate in what he does. We would highly recommend him to others.

Shahbaj is not only experienced with the market conditions but is extremely responsible. He has always been reliable, transparent and great help. It has been a pleasure working with Shahbaj.

We bought our first house in Australia and Shahbaj helped and guided us through the whole process smoothly. He was very helpful not only before buying the house also after the settlement. It was nice of him that he checked on us and offered any help we may need. And thanks for nice chocolates, the kids loved them.

From a buyer's poimt of view. Shahbaj was easy to deal with, had great communication when needed to know anything including after sales, very polite and honest, has great sales experience for the area. I will be keeping his details for future property purchases or sales. Thanks again mate.

We are very happy with Shahbaj. We compared 5 agents and Shahbaj was a clear stand out from the very start. His local knowledge, pricing guidance and professionalism made him extremely easy to work with. As the Executor of my mother’s Will it was a difficult time for the family. But, you made it seamless & transparent. So, from all the family thank you.
