This was such an easy honest experience, Shahbaj explained the market and made the whole Sale of my Mum's property stress free . The part I admired the most is that Shahbaj was that he wants the best for both parties those that are saling and for those looking for their next home . Thank You Shahbaj for your presentation of saling the home that my mum Loved .

Shahbaj kept us informed all through the sale process. He provides an accurate estimate of property values and overview of the current state of the market. Shahbaj is very professional, hard working and courteous - highly recommended.

We are happy with Shabaj how he can help us sell our unit during this COVID 19. He has done an excellent job. Thanks again Shabaj and we will definitely use you again in the future.

Am writing this, On behalf of my elderly parents Jim & Kath Archbold after a wonderful lifetime of Living at the only home they have known in Australia the daunting task of finding a new home to achieve some transitional downsizing in life was massive event to them. With Shahbaj, as their new home representative he presented the determination, passion and drive to put his clients first and in turn they gained the confidence and peace of mind needed in what would normally have been a very stressful time in them upgrading to a new home of theirs hopefully for many years to come. The resultant purchase of a home was quickly achieved and my parents very happy when their offer was accepted. We would recommend Shahbaj as your Home representative as his successful home purchase & selling techniques, product knowledge and achieving client satisfaction to both buyers and the seller which is important to him, is a testament to all his hard work .

He’s been in the area for years and I finally found a real estate agent that was not slimy and answered all my questions up front

Shahbaj is an excellent agent, from the get go we were keen to hit the ground running and Shahbaj did not disappoint. He had us on the market in 3days with a brilliant write up and professional photos. Without a doubt, Shahbaj knows the market and what buyers want. Working hard and keeping you informed every step of the way. Over the course of two home opens we had multiple offers on the table and were able to lock in a sale. We highly recommend his service, Thankyou Shahbaj

Shahbaj kept us in the loop the whole time our property was on the market. Nothing was too much trouble. I would recommend him to my friends & family if they were selling their homes. Many thanks Shahbaj.

I work in the property industry so deal with Real Estate Agents all day every day but I haven't had many transactions with Shahbaj in the past as I deal mostly in the Fremantle area and I wanted to use someone neutral to sell my home rather than a contact I deal with regularly. I found Shahbaj to be upfront, personable, easy to deal with and good communication throughout, had great local knowledge and knew how to market my property to the right target audience. He sold my home in less than a month and negotiated a fair price considering today's market. I'd have no hesitation in recommending Shahbaj - he's been great to deal with.

We can't speak highly enough of our experience with Shahbaj Brar. We were first-time homebuyers with very little knowledge about how to get the buying process right, Shahbaj walked us through every step. We found Shahbaj knowledgeable on the market, honest, professional, friendly and hands-on - he really helped to take the pressure off of us. We have several friends looking for homes and thinking about selling, and we would always recommend Shahbaj to them!

Shahbaj is very easy to deal with. I love his no pressure / no pushy attitude. He kept us well informed throughout the entire purchase process and was able to assist and answer any questions/queries we had. We will go bank to Shahbaj for any future real estate needs. Thanks Shshbaj 😊

He was very knowledgeable and professional everytime i spoke to him. I would recommend him to all my friends who are looking for a house

Shahbaj came to my house with a portfolio and a wealth of knowledge on my area. Straight away I felt at ease and confident that Shahbaj was the person to sell my family home. Shahbaj sold our house within 3 weeks and for more than the advertised price. He kept me informed throughout the entire process with friendly emails and SMS. Thank you kindly Shahbaj :)
