Me and my wife migrated to australia 8 years ago and didnt know much about australian property market and the rules. We had bought the unit in ripon grove just to have a roof on our head. As the children grow up we realize that the unit was too small and decided to sell the property. We have been attending one auction to another and was impressed by woodards team (Ruth and Cedric). So we decided to use their service to help us sell the unit. We had about four or five times face to face session and had lots of advice on the property, About how the australian property rules, expectation and such as how to do small renovation for example use this kind of floor tiles, give some attention on the rest room etc. Cedric visited the premise itself during the renovation and gave us his thought. We were very optimistic that we can sell the house with our on the market price expectation. We specially asked Ruth to do the auction as we had seen her performed in several auctions before and also cedric who is active asking potential bidder among the crowds. To make it short, we had sold the unit above our expected price and gain knowledge on how to buy or sell property in Australia.
