Absolutely wrapped with results

Hi Really happy with Cedrick the Newbond team Maria, Ryan and the woodards crew for they handled the selling of my apartment. They were easy to deal with. I handed the keys over and basically a month later it was sold and from what I can tell it sold better then other 1960s style apartments in the area in recent times which I'm very grateful for. I'd put a bit of work into it to over the course of time of owning it so happy to see that my efforts were rewarded. I would use Cedrick and the crew again without question. Regards Russell
