We could not have been happier with Cedric and Maria as a sellers agents. Both of them are clearly extremely knowledgeable of the local market and stayed on top of everything for us throughout the process. They are really pleasant to work with and we loved their enthusiasm & professionalism. They were ultra-responsive to all our inquiries. Also, we were super impressed with the marketing flyer they put together for our property. The photography and text was superb, including a layout of the residence, so that viewers can get context for the photos. They kept us in the loop throughout the whole process, providing us valuable feedback from inspections and interactions with buyers who submitted bids. It was a brief but enjoyable experience all the way around, from the open for inspection the first weekend to getting a price offer well above our expectations within a week.
