Having engaged in many, many conversations with lots of agents in Darwin, it is no exaggeration to say he is leaps and bounds ahead of any other agent operating in the Darwin market. His levels of professionalism are so far ahead of the competition that it's not even a contest. His communication and negotiating skills are excellent, and his engagement style is fair and balanced. The Darwin real estate market is filled with self-serving and arrogant 'salespeople' out to make a quick buck any way they can, but Paul is the complete opposite and is a breath of fresh air.
