The location of the target property was perfect (on a canal) but after a thorough walk through with an architect it required $$$s of work to be done. So, still a target but not a dead certainty. Then we met Chadia at the unit - at the same price but with ZERO work to be done, the unit was (and is) mind blowing. For me, it was a done deal within minutes. But, knowing very little about purchasing property, from then on I was largely in the hands of Chadia & my legal team. They had to take me through the absolute basics of buying a property & i’m sure that they had to repeat themselves many times over. Also, I’m sure that despite paying for their services, both parties were pleased to finally see the last of me & my questions! Now that I am settled in, I am very pleased that I added Chadia’s property to my short list. It was a great purchase & it’s a fantastic place to live. Also, with Chadia’s & the lawyers help the transfer was accelerated which meant an early move. All in all, a great job.
