Chantal assisted my son purchase his first home. At all times she was attentive, sought out all the details, used those to assist her vendor and the purchaser agree initially on terms, and then facilitated those terms throughout the process. Some would say that is a real estate agent's role but from experience it is not seen very often - I should know as bought and sold numerous properties over the years and was a registered real estate agent for 30+years myself. Chantal was always happy to go the extra mile - again both for her vendor and the purchaser.

My house sold at the first open and I left the state for a move over east - Chantal dealt with various potential disasters (hot water system that decided to burst and smoke alarms that needed replacing) completely and efficiently with very little stress for me ( which was hugely important to me) - all together just an absolute delight to deal with - Chantal really couldn’t have made anything any easier or more pleasant for me. If I were staying in WA I would definitely be looking to Chantal and WELSH Real Estate to both purchase a new property and to re sell if that time came again.
