Months before our home was ready for the market, Charles introduced himself while on an afternoon walk one day. He also loved Eastern Heights and had purchased in the area to now call it his home. It was with this invested interest that Charles developed a relationship with us; regularly popping in when he saw us working on the house. There were many agents who presented well and could potentially sell our newly renovated home without fuss; however, what Charles had over the others was a genuine invested interest. Interest in improving the area through properties and the families who move here. But most importantly for us from a vendors perspective, was his genuine interest in our project, our ideas, our struggles but most of all our vision and goals. Charles and his team were excellent in their promotion of our home. They were available at any time via phone or email to ask questions or air our concerns. They were very patient and supportive through the process and were incredibly receptive to feedback and direction, specifically regarding the way in which we wanted the property photographed to compliment the charm and the character of which we had purposefully designed into the home. Though Charles may appear young, his passion for realestate and astute intuition about the market makes for a professional and competent agent. Complimented by his team, Charles worked seamlessly together with them to sell our home in an unpredictable market, for a result which exceeded our initial expectations.

We met with multiple real estate agents and Charles stood out above the rest with his knowledge of the industry and the area he was passionate about his job and getting us the best possible outcome for our property. Charles and his team were always contactable and quick to answer any questions we had. I highly recommend them and would use their services again in the future. Charles’ manner is what you would expect of a much older agent. Calm, measured, unhurried. He is very knowledgeable and well connected. Very happy with every recommendation at every stage of the selling process. Achieved an excellent outcome in a very short timeframe, and did so in the face of a market that was coming off its peak. Kudos Charles for your timely follow up and faultless integrity. You made two hard-to-please clients very, very satisfied.

We were undecided whether to sell, and a free appraisal from Charles sealed the deal. He gave us pointers on what needed doing and allowed us the time to sort out our removal and all the tradies etc. Once we were ready, Charles swung into action and we had firm offers on the house 2 seconds later. We got the $ we had hoped for, with minimal stress. It was a seamless sale with full communication throughout, and he was happy to work around the fact we now live 5 hours away.

If I could give 6 stars I would . Easy to communicate with and is genuinely a nice lady.
