Charles’ manner is what you would expect of a much older agent. Calm, measured, unhurried. He is very knowledgeable and well connected. Very happy with every recommendation at every stage of the selling process. Achieved an excellent outcome in a very short timeframe, and did so in the face of a market that was coming off its peak. Kudos Charles for your timely follow up and faultless integrity. You made two hard-to-please clients very, very satisfied.
We were undecided whether to sell, and a free appraisal from Charles sealed the deal. He gave us pointers on what needed doing and allowed us the time to sort out our removal and all the tradies etc. Once we were ready, Charles swung into action and we had firm offers on the house 2 seconds later. We got the $ we had hoped for, with minimal stress. It was a seamless sale with full communication throughout, and he was happy to work around the fact we now live 5 hours away.

I had a very pleasant experience buying a house. I was told everything about the house, appointments for pest and building inspection were arranged quickly and the whole process was done in under a months. Charles went well beyond the normal sale process by promising to help the tenant to find another accommodation so I could move in earlier than the three months the tenant still had on their contract. He promised me he would do that and he kept his word even though the contract was already unconditional. It was a pleasant experience and I would recommend him to anybody that wants to buy a house.
