I was a bit nervous about Charles to begin with. I'm not sure why. He just seemed a bit aloof. In retrospect, I think it was more he is burning the candle at both ends in a bouyant market. Suffice to say, in the last 3 weeks, he has proved me wrong time and time again. He is on the ball. He answers all your questions in a timely way, with the knowledge of a great local. Our family had the pleasure of working with NGU Ipswich and specifically The Kimmorley Group to sell our first home. Both Charles, Brady & Chloe were incredible from the moment we made the first phone call to the very end. They gave us advice on what we needed to do to prepare for the sale and also giving us suggestions for contractors. They explained the whole process and even settled our nerves when it came time for our first open house. Charles has a wealth of knowledge and gets the job done while smashing your expectations. Brady is all over any questions, he is helpful and always smiling which is exactly what we needed. Chloe is just fantastic she has all bases covered in the office and you couldn’t ask for anything more. They worked with us, showed us support and patience and never got frustrated with the many many questions we had. They were always available for us and made the process seemless. They were just as excited as we were when offers started rolling in and they really looked after our best interests. We truly couldn’t be more grateful and hope to work with all of them again in the future. The team truly has all bases covered and do not disappoint.
