I was a bit nervous about Charles to begin with. I'm not sure why. He just seemed a bit aloof. In retrospect, I think it was more he is burning the candle at both ends in a bouyant market. Suffice to say, in the last 3 weeks, he has proved me wrong time and time again. He is on the ball. He answers all your questions in a timely way, with the knowledge of a great local. Our family had the pleasure of working with NGU Ipswich and specifically The Kimmorley Group to sell our first home. Both Charles, Brady & Chloe were incredible from the moment we made the first phone call to the very end.
