Charles Tang

We first met Charles at the end of 2024, and since then, he has consistently gone above and beyond for us. For well over a year, without me ever asking, Charles personally mowed the lawns at our Tunks Street property on his days off to ensure the home was always well presented. That level of care says a great deal about the type of person he is. Charles has excellent market knowledge and, alongside David, managed the buyers exceptionally well throughout the campaign. He is hardworking, genuine and always willing to help. I would have absolutely no hesitation recommending Charles and David to anyone considering buying or selling a property.

Charles was a great support throughout the sale of our property. He was always responsive, courteous, well organised, and proactive in following up on the details that keep a campaign running smoothly. It was clear he takes genuine pride in his work, and we appreciated his energy and professionalism. We would be happy to recommend him.

Charles was wonderful to work with and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend him to anyone seeking an agent to manage the sale of their property. Charles was precise with facts and figures, and went above and beyond with both his level of communication and his care of our property. He could not have done more and we attribute our successful sale to his persistence and negotiating skills.

We couldn’t be happier with the exceptional service Charles provided. From start to finish, his professionalism, diligence, and dedication ensured we achieved an outstanding result—far exceeding our expectations on price! Throughout the campaign, Charles kept us thoroughly informed, providing regular updates on buyer interest and feedback. His attention to detail and proactive communication made the entire process smooth and stress-free. What truly sets Charles apart is his easygoing nature and unwavering courtesy. He was always friendly, patient, and willing to go the extra mile to secure the best possible outcome for us. His commitment to his clients is unmatched, and we highly recommend him to anyone looking for a top-tier agent. Thank you, Charles, for your hard work and expertise—we are thrilled with the result!
