Charlie was excellent. He was very patient with me and was an absolute professional. His knowledge of the area is exceptional. He was charming and had a delightful manner. He is conscientious, caring, and breathtakingly competent. Frankly, the staff at Nelson Alexander are brilliant. Everyone I dealt with over several months was excellent.
