But this team was always very positive and more importantly active and assertive. We worked together happily, and they communicated regularly and with refreshing candor. In the end, they achieved the #1 auction result in the Herald Sun on the first auction weekend of the new year. That was with only one bid at the auction (yikes), yet Charlie showed his mettle and skillfully negotiated another $75K. We can now move on with our next stage of life - travel! Thanks guys
