Selling our first home was stressful and quite honestly we didn't know what to expect. Put simply, you can tell Charlie really loves his job! His passion is evident in all of your interactions both as a potential buyer and as a vendor. We signed Charlie as our agent after being a potential purchaser of a property he had for Auction for another vendor. He was a delight, going above and beyond for us at the last minute and so easy to do business with, so when he asked us if we needed a hand selling our place, we were very happy to say yes. Charlie had great connections with all of the potential buyers during the campaign and as a result, was able to highlight the key selling features that individual buyers were most interested in in order to draw them into the bidding and as a result of this connection and understanding of the potential buyers we achieved a price that was above our expectation. He understood what mattered to me and how i liked to work which i appreciated.
