Blissence Realty is led by Chenelle Moothedom, a licensed real estate agent dedicated to bringing compassion and integrity to every property relationship — from first-time renters to seasoned property investors and home sellers. A diploma-qualified counsellor and property investor herself, Chenelle combines a genuinely human approach with real, hands-on experience managing rental portfolios and delivering strong sales outcomes. She recently managed a large rent roll on Southern Moreton Bay Islands for several years and has sold properties recently both on the island and on the mainland. At 41, Chenelle is a solo agent who lives in Birkdale and services the entire Redlands Coast. She lives and breathes property, without the greasy salesperson approach — just genuine, hands-on service from someone who's walked in her clients' shoes as both an investor and a landlord. Now launching Blissence Realty, Chenelle has a huge vision built around one simple goal: helping people get the absolute best out of their property, always acting with integrity, fairness and compassion. Chenelle enjoys spending time with her 2 sausage dogs,husband & 6 year old boy when not out and about assisting clients as well as boating fishing and exploring our beautiful planet.
