Chris and his team were fantastic. They know their job and know the market. They were enthusiastic, knowledgable and did everything they could to maximise our sale price. Chris kept us informed as to what was going on at all times, providing great feedback with written assessment and follow up phone calls and discussions. I had great trust in Chris and felt that at all times he was working for us. Chris was excellent and I can highly recommend him to anyone wishing to sell their property.

Chris and his team took care of everything and kept us updated along the way.

Chris Downie sold our property in March & we couldn’t have asked for a more pleasing result. He was honest, reliable & always available for any queries we had. I would highly recommend Chris as a selling agent.

Chris Downie has been invaluable to our family through his professional guidance and sensitive interpersonal skills. The challenge of facing the estate sale of our parents' home was thoughtfully addressed. Chris combined his experience, local market knowledge, efficiency and communicative ability with a compassionate understanding of our personal needs throughout the entire process. A gifted agent who is most appreciated !

Chris & the team at Richardson & Wrench Northbridge/Castlecrag deliver professional, personalised service. Chris is extremely knowledgeable about real estate in the area. His suggestions for the marketing campaign produced a great result. Chris kept us informed right throughout the campaign with realistic expectations of the market. Chris worked diligently to ensure the best outcome for us. Well done!

Many years experience with no negative feedback from the local market.

Chris is a great agent to have on your side. His knowledge of the Northbridge market is second to none. He and his team are experienced, conscientious and enthusiastic. And communication is exceptional- this really helps minimise the stress of selling a home. And, Chris is a great guy. Highly recommended.

Chris, and his team, has sold 2 homes in Northbridge for our family. On both occasions we interviewed a number of agents, but Chris was the stand out. We have found Chris to be a courteous, well respected and hard working career agent committed to his job, easily accessible, professional, reliable, trustworthy and a good communicator, with excellent knowledge and experience of the market and sale process. He achieved great sale prices which were stress free and went exactly to plan, and we would have no hesitation in recommending him.

A highly professional agent, Chris achieved a pleasing result selling our property. Chris is an effective communicator & his excellent negotiation skills were key in the successful sale of our property, which sold prior to auction. Throughout the campaign, Chris provided consistent feedback and was a pleasure to work with. I highly recommend Chris and his team at R&W if planning on selling your property.

Chris Downie is a very competent and experienced agent in the northbridge area. I do not hesitate to recommend him to any potential sellers.

Chris is great at what he does. Every element of our sale from the first meeting, to advertising proposals, to photos, to post inspection feedback and ultimately negotiations with our purchasers was undertaken in a most professional manner. At all times we felt well informed and we knew Chris was working very hard for us. He does what he says he will do, we found him to be completely reliable and available to us throughout the campaign. We would highly recommend Chris and his team.

A week before we listed in late February 2017 it started raining. It stopped about a week after the (failed) auction. About a week after we listed the market seemed to go very soft, suddenly. The normal auction result for 4-5 bedroom houses in our price bracket became "passed-in" with few or (in our case) no bids. Chris kept trying to find us a buyer & eventually did, although at a price below original (Jan 2017) expectations (not just from Chris but also the other agents we interviewed). Chris was always cheerful, professional & respectful & provided honest feedback. At one point he said "last year I had buyers chasing me in numbers; now I have to chase the very few buyers that are around". So as above, Chris worked diligently in less than ideal circumstances to get a result, but in the end he (& we) were a bit disappointed with the outcome!
