Chris has been working in Northbridge for many years. He is well respected and well known through out the local community. His knowledge of the local market is invaluable when it comes to selling a home in Northbridge. I like that he is always available when needed

Chris Downie is a very professional agent with amazing knowledge of the area and past and recent sales. I would never consider any other Agent in the Northbridge area to act on my behalf.

Mr Chris Downie and colleagues at Richardson & Wrench, Northbridge recently sold my home at auction. Mr Downie made the experience as stress-free as possible. I found them to be extremely efficient, honest, friendly, reliable, punctual and always well presented. Importantly, I was kept well informed prior to, and throughout the whole campaign. I would have absolutely no hesitation recommending Mr Downie and the team at Richardson & Wrench, Northbridge, to any prospective seller/buyer. Thank you to Chris and a special big 'thank you' to Josh for all your help and kindness.

We used Chris Downie for our purchase and our sale, both in Northbridge. He is a well renowned agent in this area and has great local market knowledge. He helped us through some contract negotiations to facilitate our purchase, which then gave us the confidence to use him for the sale of our own property. We were given an honest market appraisal, guidelines to prepare our home for sale, and advice on appropriate marketing strategies. Buying and selling property is a nerve-racking process, but Chris and his team provided clear and timely feedback throughout so we always knew what was going on and he helped us through the emotional peaks and troughs. Auction night came and he got us an awesome result - more than we could have hoped for - what more could we ask?! We highly recommend Chris Downie as a highly reputable and experienced agent.

... and got us a very good price at auction

Chris has a knowledge and love of the local area which has been invaluable. He has always been easy to communicate with and incredibly helpful with his advice. We would highly recommend Chris and his team.

Chris has just achieved an outstanding outcome on our sale. His advice on strategy and timing was perfect. I trusted him entirely during the sale process, and I felt at all times that he was working for me (rather than the buyers just to get a sale). His communication was first rate - Chris has a very relaxed style and I like that (I don't like pushy agents). The marketing campaign was incredibly smooth. He easily organised any maintenance work the property needed, and he stylist he chose did a great job. He got the numbers through the house, and found the bidders for the auction. The result was well over the reserve, and I couldn't be happier. This was my third dealing with Chris. I have purchased 2 houses from him, and now have sold one too. On both sides of the transaction, I have found him professional and great to deal with. I would highly recommend Chris.

Was great to have Chris sell yet another one of my properties. Highly recommended to get the results you want.

Chris was very communicative and helpful during the whole viewing and negotiation part of this property which made dealing with him very comfortable and pleaseant.

Thanks Chris for your work. You sold this property to us 13 years ago, and now you have sold it for us. Both times efficient, courteous, easily accessible, and really all we could want for an agent - both in terms of buying and selling. Thank you too Josh for your input and support in the process. You were a great help with Chris in this latest process.

Chris Downie is credible and hardworking. He is very experienced in the real estate market and his knowledge of Northbridge is second to none. We would not hesitate to recommend Chris Downie and the team at Richardson & Wrench, Northbridge.
