Chris Downie of Richardson and Wrench in Northbridge was amazing in helping us to sell our family property. As it had not been on the market for 92 years it was a bit difficult to give an accurate valuation, but Chris was very honest and told us not what we wanted to hear, but what we needed to hear. We were kept up to date at every open house, with detailed reports and at auction we got the sale price we could have only dreamt about! Thank you for all your knowledge and support with this very emotional sale! I have no hesitation in recommending a vendor sell, or a purchaser buy with Chris Downie!

Chris and Pamela are a great team and I can't say enough about how incredible they were throughout the sale campaign. I highly recommend Chris and Pamela!

Chris was incredibly helpful in getting my house ready for market. He was always professional and friendly and helped to make the whole process as stress free as possible. After only two weeks on the market, he negotiated a price that was way beyond my expectations. I am very pleased that I chose Chris to work as my agent. I would recommend him and his team without hesitation.

I would highly recommend Chris Downie to family friends and general public. He always had your best interests at heart and kept you well informed throughout the sale period. Highly recommended if you want to achieve the best results. Mark Barry

We found Chris Downie to be an extremely proficient & helpful Agent and could not recommend he or the team at R&W Northbridge more highly. Nothing is ever too much trouble and we were kept informed a few times a week in regard to prospective purchasers and their comments about the property. This was extremely helpful. The auction programme & sale went according to plan & Chis helped achieve what we wanted.

We recently had the pleasure of dealing with Chris Downie for the sale of our property in Northbridge. As we currently don't reside in Australia we were very reliant on our agent to provide feedback and arrange inspections etc. Chris did an outstanding job and provided very thorough feedback reports after each inspection, was prompt at following up all interested parties and ensured that the viewing of our property was done at optimal times to show it to its best advantage. We were extremely happy with the sale price of our home but also with how easy Chris made the whole process. We would highly recommend Chris for his expertise in the local area and well as his excellent communication skills and ease of working with.

These things enabled probably made the smoothest transaction ever seen by a realtor . This was stated by a former realtor and a good friend. So if trustworthy house buying is your aim, and who isn't, please consider Chris Downie of Richardson & Wrench NORTHBRIDGE NSW. The team at NORTHBRIDGE also should be commended for their ability to provide quick responses to pressing questions in the field of Real Estate.
