Chris handled my sale professionally and well at a difficult time, just out of COVID. The final sale price exceeded both our expectations. Overall happy with the service he provided. The only criticism I would level against him would be he did miss out on a couple of return calls. I would definitely use him again though. 9/10

Chris just recently sold us our first home after a long 6 months of property inspections and searching. We've made many enquiries, engaged in some private negotiations and bid in auctions, so we have had a fair few interactions with many agents. We felt that Chris was by far the best experience we've had with an agent, it surprised us actually. He was so energetic, helpful and friendly, always happy to answer our enquiries, easy to contact and very responsive. He was sincere, and cared about answering our questions, went above and beyond to make sure we were informed. Honestly, we were feeling really fatigued from 6 months of looking and past experiences with agents weren't so positive, but it was really refreshing to see an agent who is so passionate and enthusiastic about his work that we felt really happy and positive about the whole experience. The agency was also great at responding our enquiries and emails, and the whole process was super easy and straightforward. I bought my house through Chris 9 years ago, and was impressed with his manner then. I asked him to sell my house and was even more impressed with his honesty and hard work. He guided me with what I should definitely get and what I could reasonably hope for. He achieved $26,0000 more than that which I was happy with. This was all achieved during the COVID19 restrictions in October, when only he and one or two people could inspect my house at a time. Chris spent a lot of time working with the potential buyers, and managed to organise consecutive 15 minute inspections over 2-3 hours for 4 inspection sessions, which obviously took a lot of work. This minimised the disruptions for me. Chris also negotiated with potential buyers and the house was sold one week before the sales campaign was due to finish. Chris also advised what was best "bang for my buck" with regard to the advertising and marketing expenses. I would use Chris' services again and recommend him.
