This was all achieved during the COVID19 restrictions in October, when only he and one or two people could inspect my house at a time. Chris spent a lot of time working with the potential buyers, and managed to organise consecutive 15 minute inspections over 2-3 hours for 4 inspection sessions, which obviously took a lot of work. This minimised the disruptions for me. Chris also negotiated with potential buyers and the house was sold one week before the sales campaign was due to finish. Chris also advised what was best "bang for my buck" with regard to the advertising and marketing expenses. I would use Chris' services again and recommend him.
