Seriously... a buyer writing a positive review about the seller's agent? They are not acting for me - the exact opposite - they are paid by, and act for the seller! However, I found Chris to be very personable, knows the local market well, and he was always proactive and happy to accommodate additional inspection requests or building inspection requests and get written answers to all of the questions that I asked. Chris comes across as pretty straight-down-the-line and honest, and as a buyer I really liked that about him. I have just purchased, so will not be selling for a while, however if I was selling, I would highly recommend Chris as being able to get the best possible outcome for a seller, whilst having a good understanding of and able to read the buyer and where they are at too.
