Chris was engaged to lead the sale of my parent's home. After 40 years in the same home, there was much work to be done to get the property ready for sale and to manage expectations for them and for prospective purchasers. Although the house had a great position and beautiful water views, it was distinctive, built in the 1950's and following a Palm Springs Modern style, so the buyer profile needed to be carefully matched. Chris did an excellent job and was able to achieve a great outcome.
