Put simply and with complete honesty, Christine was excellent on all fronts. I followed her sales in the area prior to our decision to use her to sell our house. She meet with us as soon as we were available (which was late evening), was well organised, was honest about price targets, and had an exceptional knowledge of the area. I did a lot a research on who was selling in the Ferny Grove area and found Christine. She was fantastic. We went through the house and she gave me some basic idea's on how to increase the saleability of my property which I did. The house was on a main road so it wasn't the easiest sale as this usually reduces the interest. I thought the marketing of the property was spot on, and the number of people who viewed it showed this (50+ groups in 4 days).
