Have I got enough space to describe how good this lady is at her job..... We bought our home in August 2014. Reluctantly we had to move from Brisbane to Perth and sell up. Husband started work in Perth at the beginning of December and I wanted to be there for him. We had bought the house for $502,500. My mum in law had moved over from the UK in August, she was struggling, decided to take on overdose and I managed to find her in time. Stress.....I can do a lot of stress, but moving home, new job starting and then to cap it all, visiting hospital twice a day - in the mental health Unit at the Prince Charles. There were 5 houses for sale on our street - ours was in there highest price band for keperra and we hoped to sort a house sale within three weeks of Christmas. We had bought the house from a lovely couple, through Christine, we knew she was aware of the history of the house, 2 owners since it was built in 1950, she was the estate agent of choice. We also had many recommendations, the most notable was the local australia post parcel delivery gentleman, Trevor, who through working in the area, saw the results of her work. He praised her "the best agent in the area" and yet he only knows of her work. So within a few days, of going on the market, we sold for $662000 - MORE THAN 33%. Christine worked around our issues, gave us all the feedback immediately, helped stage the house, told us what would help the sale. She is like a mum, a sister, a friend and a business woman rolled into one and she is a full time carer for her father. The house was sold faster than all the other homes in the street, others had been told their houses were worth more than they actually sold for, they used other agents, not from keperra. They had to lower their expectations, sometimes after over committing going forward. Selling a home has to be based on a real knowledge on the area and the current valuations, not what an agent promises to do. HIGHLY Recommended.
