Cina was an amazing agent to deal with to purchase our home especially knowing our time constraints due to Xmas and New Year/travel plans. He was able to confirm the offer the day before we departed and it was all sorted by the time we returned 5 weeks later. Highly recommended!
Cina did his best in difficult circumstances re interest rates rises and not the ideal time over Christmas/New Year. Property values fell and expectations with it. Offers were very low but somehow Cina attracted a reasonable offer and then managed to increase that by $10,000 !! So we came out with the best that could be obtained given the circumstances. Thank-you Cina for your professional and sincere service. We value the time spent selling out home. Thanks to Josh too.
As a buyer, Cina was a pleasure to work with, he is very professional, friendly and quickly addressed any queries I had.
We had previously put our property up for sale without success so I was a bit aprehensive. Cina and his team provided a truely proffessional and friendly servive. His knowlege of the market proved to be a bonus in our situation, this led to a quick clean sale which enabled us to persue our dreams towards our ideal new home. I would highly recomend him and his team.
Cina has a good knowledge of the market and expectations of the buyers, good negotiation skills.
Cina was very understanding when assisting our family with managing the sale of my father’s deceased estate. It was a difficult time as my father did not have all his documents organised and the house required a lot of work to clear it. It was an overwhelming task to say the least. Cina was always patient, helpful and polite even when obstacles caused frustration. Cina was relentless in trying to secure a sale and we were happy with the end result. Cina always is quick to answer messages and phone calls and will help out the best he can. He is highly professional and I am happy to recommend him.
Although as a buyer, Cina was not acting for me, it was obvious he was going above and beyond to achieve a result to make both parties happy. His communication was good, he did what he said he would do, and I felt I could trust him.
He worked hard. He pushed for as many people through our doors over 3 weeks. He never lost hope. He rolled up his sleeves and helped packed away our clutter. He was super positive. He never waffled on. Got it sold. Great price for us too! Highly recommended exceeded expectations. Never dropped his professional guard.
Cina worked very hard to get the seller and buyer to agree on a purchase price acceptable to both parties. He has great negotiation skills to enable a deal to be done. Cina is approachable and easy to work with.
We engage Cina after a positive experience purchasing a house he was selling. His vibrant personality and confidence was what we knew we needed! We knew that rising interest rates and inflation were increasingly becoming a cause for concern for buyers in the market we were selling in and so we were prepared to weather that to an extent. However Cina’s positive attitude and persistence drove a result that far exceeded our expectations. We couldn’t be more happy with the outcome!
We loved working with Cina to get this deal done. He was attentive and quick to respond to any queries we had about the property. He was highly professional as well as being chatty and relatable. Hope we can work together again in the future.
We found Cini to be a courteous professional real estate sales representative. As buyers, we found he handled the sales process with skill and determination in an effort to achieve the best result for the sellers whilst taking into account our needs as buyers.
