Cina was able to organize this work very efficiently and at a very competitive price in an environment where it is difficult to get good tradesmen as they are all busy. He has very good contacts in this area. There was a virtual on line presentation that was quite effective. The marketing campaign was very well done and I visited the property myself on inspection days. Cina maintained very good communication with me through the whole process including follow-up when the potential buyers were dealing with financing issues. Communication with Harcourt office staff was also very timely and I was quickly made aware of relevant documents as they arrived.
