As a result, Cina sold our property on the first home open above what we were expecting. It didn’t end there though. Inexperienced, unorganised, terrible communication. Constant excuses on why something has not been done, why proper vendors have not been notified and many times have been given the wrong info. Cina did his best in difficult circumstances re interest rates rises and not the ideal time over Christmas/New Year. Property values fell and expectations with it. Offers were very low but somehow Cina attracted a reasonable offer and then managed to increase that by $10,000 !! So we came out with the best that could be obtained given the circumstances.
