Cina did his best in difficult circumstances re interest rates rises and not the ideal time over Christmas/New Year. Property values fell and expectations with it. Offers were very low but somehow Cina attracted a reasonable offer and then managed to increase that by $10,000 !! So we came out with the best that could be obtained given the circumstances.
