Back in April I made the decision for my son and I to downsize from a large suburban home to an inner city apartment. Cindy was the agent showing the property and not having lived in an apartment before, I had many questions that Cindy could answer immediately but also some that required further investigation. She was incredibly helpful and I never cause to question her ethics as a buyer. Later in the year when it came time to sell my home I knew that Cindy would the agent that would work for me and look after prospective buyers. Her agency is located in the opposite side of Brisbane to the property being sold but she has experience in the area and had sold quite a few nearby. I have dealt with local agents previously but her professionalism far outweighed the convenience of selling through someone local. The fact that she was on the other side of town did not impact any showings whatsoever. We first met Cindy at her first open house at 13 Sheena st. She presented the house excellent and was very helpful while we struggled with the bank to gain bridging finance. It was very painful even as we had unconditional contracts for $1.8M. Cindy seemed to know we would eventually get this house. Cindy asks constantly how I am as I am not in good health at the moment.
