Re Claire Nunn. If you are planning to sell or buy a property, put a lot of effort into securing Claire as your agent. I invited Claire to do a property appraisal for me and began asking questions on how this is done in the real world. Claire was all over it, she was able to answer every question I had as well as provide additional information I didn’t know I needed. This was my first glimpse of Claire’s professionalism, and this just became more obvious during every step of the “selling your house” process. Claire was able to introduce me to others who would also assist me to complete all the necessary paperwork and applications.
